Dr. Daniel R. Schumaier, Ph.D., is a licensed and certified audiologist and the founder of Industrial Hearing Conservation Services, Inc. Dr. Schumaier and his team will educate your company on what it takes to be in compliance with all Federal and State hearing conservation requirements, as well as establishing and maintaining a program to protect your employees' hearing.
Dr. Sarah A. Schumaier-Campbell has worked in the Johnson City office since 1998 as an audiometric technician and data entry clerk. Dr. Schumaier-Campbell grew up in Elizabethton, TN and graduated from Elizabethton High School in 2000. She received her Bachelor's degree in 2003 from ETSU. As a member of the inaugural Doctorate of Audiology program at ETSU, Dr. Schumaier-Campbell received her Au.D. with honors in 2007. She and her husband, David, enjoy outdoor activities and home improvement projects. They reside in Johnson City with their two dogs, Maggie and Tilly.
David Bellamy joined the staff of Industrial Hearing Conservation Services as a CAOHC certified technician in 1986. Prior to his joining Industrial Hearing he attended East Tennessee State University and served four years with the United States Marine Corps. David is married and has one daughter. He and his family are active members in their church. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and camping.
Rob Kayser joined the staff of Industrial Hearing Conservation Services in 1999 as a CAOHC certified technician. He has also served as the pastor of Cavalry Chapel of Johnson City since 1997. He lives in Gray, TN with his wife Janice and two daughters, one who is a nurse and a 2006 graduate of Science Hill High School. In his spare time he enjoys golf, tennis, cycling and spending time with his family.
Tim Burrus, who came to Industrial Hearing Conservation Services in 2001, works as a CAOHC certified technician out of our Johnson City office. Tim and his wife Mary Ann live in Bluff City, TN with their daughter Rachel. He has an Associate Degree in accounting from Northeast State Technical Community College. In his spare time he enjoys golf, NASCAR racing, swimming and spending time with his family.
Shawn Wilson, who works as a CAOHC certified technician out of our Johnson City office, came to Industrial Hearing Conservation Services in 2001. He has lived in the Tri-Cities area all of his life and he enjoys tennis, camping and traveling.
Stan Ricker came to IHCS in 2002 and works as a CAOHC certified technician. He is a 1981 graduate of Science Hill High School. He studied Quality Control at Tri-Cities State Tech and attended East Tennessee State University majoring in Industrial Engineering. His hobbies include photography, fishing, and raising Great Pyrenees Dogs.
Sonya was born and raised in Erwin, TN. Sonya graduated from Unicoi County High School in 1988. Sonya is a proud mom of a beautiful six-year-old daughter. We spend most of our time along with her dad enjoying the outdoors. We love to go hiking and four wheeling in the mountains, boat riding at the lake, and spending time with our family. Sonya provides all our Administrative Assistance with Industrial Hearing Conservation Services.
